Your clinic texts from its own dedicated number, registered with mobile carriers in your clinic's name. That registration starts with your first paid subscription and typically takes about two weeks to complete — SMS activates as soon as carriers approve it. The wait is a one-time carrier requirement.

Yes to both. CSV import for owners, patients, and vaccination histories is free on every plan, and the Hospital plan adds data migration assistance. Your data is always yours: you can export it at any time, with no exit fees and no lock-in.

There are no long-term contracts on any plan. Monthly plans run month to month; annual plans simply pre-pay twelve months at a lower rate. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription won't renew past the period you've already paid for.

Checkout and billing run through Paddle, our merchant of record. Billing is per veterinarian, monthly or annual — annual billing saves up to 11% — and you receive an invoice for every charge.

Your data lives on US-hosted infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Clinical and financial actions are audit-logged, so there is always a record of who did what and when.
