No. VetVero is practice-management software. Your clinic's licensed veterinarians write and dispense prescriptions; VetVero keeps the records, prints labels, and maintains your controlled-substance log.

One plan, priced per veterinarian: your first vet is $249 USD/month and each additional vet is $99 USD/month, with no seat limit and no tiers. Annual billing is 10% off — $2,688 USD/year for the first vet plus $1,068 USD/year per additional. Only veterinarians are paid seats: receptionists, vet techs, and practice admins are always free, with no limit.

Seats you've paid for in a billing period stay available to your clinic for the rest of that period — so if a vet leaves and another joins, swapping them costs nothing. Adding a vet beyond the seats you've already paid for is billed immediately, prorated for the rest of the period. Removing a vet takes effect at your next renewal, which simply bills the seats you have then; we don't issue mid-period refunds or credits.

Text messaging is an activation step that opens after your clinic's first payment — it isn't available during the free trial, though email reminders work from day one. Your clinic owner activates it in the dashboard in a few minutes: choose a new local number for your clinic and submit your business details, and we register them with the mobile carriers in your clinic's name. Carrier approval typically takes one to three weeks, and texting switches on as soon as it clears. The registration cost is included in your subscription — no extra fee. Canadian clinics (outside Québec) text from a dedicated toll-free number, verified in the clinic's name; verification typically takes 3–5 business days. Once active, appointment and vaccine reminder texts are unlimited — no per-message fees and no monthly cap, subject to fair use and automated safeguards under our Terms.

Not yet. VetVero serves clinics in the United States and in Canada outside Québec. A French version for Québec clinics is in preparation.

We publish the pricing for VetVero AI so you can plan ahead: $99 USD/month per AI seat, billed monthly only. You'll buy as many AI seats as you want and assign each to any team member, veterinarian or technician, for unlimited AI notes in everyday clinical use. AI features are in development and will be offered as an optional add-on; their fair-use limits are published in our Terms of Service. Your base plan is complete without it, and always will be.

Yes — we'll help you bring your data over from your current system, with real people from our team working with you rather than an automated converter. CSV import for owners, patients, and vaccination histories is built in, and every clinic gets a free setup session where we configure VetVero with you. Your data stays yours afterward too: export it at any time, with no exit fees and no lock-in.

There are no long-term contracts. Monthly billing runs month to month; annual billing simply pre-pays twelve months at 10% off. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription won't renew past the period you've already paid for.

Direct support from the team that builds VetVero — phone and email, no call center, no ticket queue. Customers can reach their account manager by phone, Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm ET; the number is shared after sign-up. Anyone can reach us through the contact form, and we reply within one business day. Every clinic gets the same support — there are no support tiers.

Your data lives on US-hosted infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Clinical and financial actions are audit-logged, so there is always a record of who did what and when.
